Pet Supplies Plus East Greenbush

This store is pretty big and dirty! There garbage is overflowing for weeks! Thank God for winter because the amount of feces right out their doors or in the parking lot by the trash is plentiful! The only time they seem to pick it up is when they get a bad complaint. Which makes no sense when the manager and employees walk right past it to get to their cars. Laziness! Also beware of taped bags of dog food. 😞

I visited a Pet Supplies Plus store to purchase food for my ferrets and was dismayed to observe the unsanitary living conditions of the two ferrets being sold there. The enclosure was covered in excrement and urine, and their water bottle was outside of the cage. I replaced the bottle and brought it to the attention of an employee, who claimed he would clean the cage but was seen attending to another task instead. As a result, the ferrets were left without access to water for an extended period of time and were forced to live in their own waste. This was both disgusting and saddening to witness, especially as a ferret owner myself. They also want to charge $350 for each ferret, which in my opinion is ridiculous.

My name is Brandon, my puppy broke his led yesterday and had it casted today I had to go get a few supply’s to prepare for the healing process ahead of us sadly right from the vet. I went to the store and was able to call from the parking lot and the girl stopped what she was doing and came out , got my credit card , and did my shopping for me rather then me having to disturb the puppy and have to carry him around the store In his condition! Very happy with the service I recieved from beet supply plus!

Gwen was excellent with my French Bulldog! She gave me multiple options for drying options as my dog cannot tolerate dryers. She looks and feels great. We will be back for our dog's monthly grooming based off the excellent work Gwen did 😀
