The store is always clean and well organized. The staff are kind and very helpful without being pushy. The groomers are absolutely fantastic. The dog trainer Bryana is incredibly talented. My dog and I are currently in our 5th training class and we love every moment. I highly recommend this location!
I just came to the area recently and my dogs needed their nails cut. Both groomers did an amazing job. My shepherd is dramatic and will act like he’s being assaulted with nail trims and he didn’t make a peep with his groomer today. And the other dog is very old and can be challenging due to mobility issues. The groomer who trimmed his nails was so incredible with him. She was super patient and worked with him as far as what he could and couldn’t do mobility wise. She got someone to help balance him for his front paw trimming. I wish I had gotten her name but she had long dark hair and was amazing with my little old man. I know that senior dogs can be frustrating but she showed him so much kindness and grace. I realize this sounds like a small thing but if you’ve ever loved an aging dog yo
Petsmart Grooming in Rensselaer, NY is awesome!!! I brought my dog "Fergie" in for wash and dry and the complete grooming - clean her ears, hair cut (which she needed badly), nails trimmed. Shout out to Chey for such a fabulous job. Fergie is a mixed breed so no one ever knows how to cut her hair. Well Chey you rocked it she looks gorgeous!!! Thank you so much and I highly recommend them. If I could you give 10 stars I would.
The blonde (seems like a new or transferred employee) who is usually at the register Is very unpleasant. She has an attitude and uninterested in customers. Almost like it’s a bother to check people out. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never experienced such bad customer service with anyone else. Other than her, this store is always a pleasure to come to, well stocked, clean and usually not long wait times.
The female worker seems like she don’t wanna help and non stop talking to her friends … when I asked something she don’t wanna move and show me the item
