We are so grateful for Dr. Journey, Laura, Ann, the other vet techs, and the whole team at Remedy Vet for taking such great care of our imperial Shih Tzu. She had IVDD and needed neck surgery to remove a bulging disc. They have been informative, consultative, caring, and communicative throughout the whole process. All I can say is that Remedy is an incredibly Veterinary Practice. When our cat was sick we were swiftly helped to improve his quality of life and get him feeling better then, years later when it was truly time to let him go (he was 21years old at that point), we were given gentle guidance and advice on what to do to make sure he didn't suffer. Kindness, compassion, professionalism, and personal care are all key components of the relationships built at Remedy, and I certainly value mine. I will definitely be bringing both my other fur babies to Remedy when the need arises - hopefully not too often though. ;)

So fortunate to have a Neurologist and team of this caliber in the Bay Area. Dr. Jurney is a top veterinary neurologist and the co-owner of the practice is a Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) and Certified Veterinary Pain Practitioner (CVPP). This combination is incredible and complements each other and the needs of their patients so well. My dog (Chihuahua x Rat Terrier) was demonstrating some neurological symptoms, as well as some back pain. We were able to get an appointment for a consultation without delay and scheduled an MRI, which was done in-house.
