Red Pine Trails Animal Hospital

First visit was wonderful. They were very patient with my boy Lambeau this morning. They explained everything, took a look at him and even though he is a typical German shepherd, they came up with a game plan I am thrilled that Lambeau got to see these guys this morning.

Took Lily my dog here for the first time. She loved everyone. She was so calm which is unusual for her at the vet. Everyone treated both of us so nice. Felt comfortable as soon as we walked thru the door. Doc and the tech sat on the floor of the exam room which made u both, especially Lily very comfortable while the exam was going on. We have found our new vet!!!

Highly recommend to anyone—especially those with reactive or anxious dogs like mine. After a bad experience at a previous vet early on, I’ve been really nervous about taking my dog in. From the front desk team to the vet tech and the doctor, everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuine. As a reactive dog mom, one of my biggest fears is that people won’t see how sweet my dog truly is—they’ll only see the fear. This team saw her for who she is: a sweet but scared girl. They were patient throughout the entire visit and used fear-free practices to keep both my dog (and honestly, me too!) comfortable. They provided clear explanations, helpful guidance, and followed up to answer all of my questions. If you’re looking for a compassionate, understanding vet—this is the place. 💛

Can't recommend them enough! My kitty needed a PU, a surgery many vets don't do. She did it on short notice, same day, for someone who's too far away to be a regular patient. They were all extremely kind, dedicated and awesome!!

10/10 - will only go to Red Pine Trails from now on. The doctor and staff were friendly and showed great expertise. The environment was kind and welcoming and the experience exceeded expectations. Do not hesitate to bring your animals to this great veterinarian.
