Petco

Stopped in for saltwater fish but soon left with only a filter for my tank after I saw this. As a bearded dragon owner I was absolutely appalled to see that their beardies were roaming ON SAND. The number one thing to NEVER put in your tanks for reptiles is sand. It causes impactation in reptiles as they will eat it and does not offer the proper support for their joints. The people in charge of the reptiles and aquatics should be ashamed as they have reptiles themselves (according to their meet the team board) and should know better than this!! To whoever is thinking about getting reptiles from Petco please think again because this is the level of care and respect they are getting. I hope a child does not get one of these beardies because they will be absolutely heartbroken when they wake

I'm very satisfied with in store purchases. I'm very dissatisfied with repeat ordering. I have been using the same debit card for payment for years. All of a sudden I get emails that there are problems and delivery is suspended. I have corrected this in store 3 times, on line twice and on phone call with corporate. Still not corrected. My debit card continues to work everywhere else, including in the Petco store. I've taken to going into the store foregoing the discounts and convenience of repeat delivery.

Bought some saltwater cardinals and all had ich. Now my entire display tank has ich. Beware everyone! Check the fish before you leave. This will ruin your entire tank!!! Now I have to quarantine everything and restart! Spent 1000s on my reef tank. Should’ve know. Better!

We just adopted a 2 month puppy so we wre there to get some toys a a recommendation on chew. On gentleman was putting stuff on shelf an was so great to share a few products was great

Went here for fish. The store has a great selection of saltwater and freshwater fish. Hit or miss on whether you get 5 people ready to help you or no personnel around to assist. My fish have always survived from Petco, which is more than I can say for some other lfs.
