Katie at the Ridgedale Dr location is the absolute best! I have an anxious lil guy, and he always passionately hated getting groomed, until I started bringing him to Katie. She's so gentle and so sweet to him, and his haircut always turns out perfect (:

My dogs are not cooperative when being groomed and Catlin did an amazing job with my Husky. My dog screamed and bucked the whole time and Catlin handled her with firmness and kindness. What a gift she has! A true professional.

We came to Petco Grooming the day after we adopted our sweetheart, and now 4 years later, we wouldn’t consider anywhere else. The stylists are all exceptionally friendly, patient, professional, caring and highly talented. The salon is always busy, which is a testament to the fact that we are not alone in this opinion! Friendly service, great work. It was hard to find a pet groomer with an opening near me so I figured I try out Petco but was a little cautious about a big chain. They were great. Friendly on the phone with some tips to get my pup ready and reduce fear, really patient with my pup and myself (after I forgot some paperwork but they figured out how to make it work). Catlin there did a fantastic job and when I came back I even saw my dog sitting cheerfully while she worked on her (I expected my dog to be pretty nervous the whole time). Particularly as our attempts at grooming her at home have been a slow process, I am really grateful to the team here. Remember to tip them for their attentive work too!
