I am beyond grateful to the team at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital for their exceptional care of my 2-year-old dog, Cooper. After he ingested five raisins, I learned through the Poison Control hotline that this was a major medical emergency. As a first-time visitor to this ER, I was extremely anxious—not just about the toxicity, but about how Cooper would react. He is very reactive toward other dogs and strangers, and I feared his stress would make it difficult for the staff to treat him. The level of empathy and coordination we received was world-class: Dorian at the front desk was fantastic. I’ve been going to Red Bank Veterinary Hospital in Hillsborough since they had their other smaller location in 2004. First, with Candie my shitzu/daschund mix who lived to see 17 wonderful and healthy years. Now, with Chloe my 2 year old Cavapoo. I absolutely love the new location, everyone is always so warm and welcoming. Yesterday I went w Chloe for her vaccines and the technician was so lovely and it was also a short visit. We are so thankful for the amazing team at red bank vet hospital hillsborough! Our dog Valentina suddenly became very sick with vomiting and diarrhea, we came in on ER and were triaged quickly, treated her with such care, and made sure we understood every step of her treatment. Dr. Kuza, Justin and staff were kind, compassionate, and professional from start to finish. Our girl is feeling so much better thanks to them — we couldn’t be more grateful!

After human error and dog gluttony, Dr. Clifford was able to help my pup, Sunny, navigate her way back to health. Sunny is certainly back to her sunny disposition and is well on her way to recover. My cat Bug was 20 years old when she started having heart trouble. I thought it was all over in May 2025 when I first brought her in to the emergency room. She had recently had a stroke and gone blind, and was struggling a lot and it was sad to see. While I was thinking it over, Bug gave me one of her happy "Bug Bites" which I took as a sign to try a bit harder one last time. When her tests came back looking bleak, I thought again I should put her down, but Dr. Maton suggested I take her home and spend "a few days with her." When she started to perk up at home, at Dr. Maton's suggestion I brought her to see the cardiologist, Dr. Kazdin. With the help of Dr. Kazdin, Bug was revived almost to perfect health. She even regained her sight! The old Bug was back again. Thanks to the wonderful sta
