Absolutely amazing and quick service! Went to get my recently adopted cat’s nails, pawpads, and backside trimmed and they got it done in 10 minutes. She was happy as a clam after I brought her back home, and they even gave her a cute little bow necklace! Will definitely be coming back. She smells so good and her fur is so soft! 10/10.

I’ve been taking my dog, Dukey, here for about two years and they always do such a great job. They’re very gentle and treat him kindly, even when he comes in with a lot of knots since I don’t take him as often as I should. They’re thorough with grooming, get all the tangles out, and give him a cut that really suits him. They also listen to my feedback — I always ask for a little more trimming around his butt, and they get it just right every time. I really appreciate their care and consistency. Highly recommend!

My dog Daisy has been coming here since I got her a year ago. She does doggie day care- sometimes she stays overnight and sleeps with Merryl. I also get her groomed here. This is my go to spot. The people are really nice. The place is clean and the dogs are well taken care off and honestly they seem to have a great time. Thank you!!

Took my cavapoo Rider to Rapawzel and very happy with the cut and service. Very clear communication with updates by text. Would definitely recommend.

TL;DR: My dog was cut deeply enough to require glue, I wasn’t told until pickup, they blamed him for moving, cut his hair shorter than requested, and I paid full price. I had a very concerning experience here and would not return. During my dog’s grooming appointment, they made a deep cut into his paw. What’s most troubling is that no one called me immediately to inform me. Instead, I was receiving texts saying he was ready for pickup, and only when I arrived was I told about the injury. A cut deep enough to require sealing with “special glue” warrants an immediate phone call — not a casual mention at pickup. When explaining what happened, staff blamed my dog for moving. Dogs move. That’s not an acceptable explanation for causing a significant cut. Groomers should be equipped to handle
