Wow... Such knowledgeable, friendly staff!!! Manager Kira is incredible, she helped me get everything situated for my poor bearded dragons. She went from a tiny home, (she looked so depressed) to a 60 gallon, amazing dragon Mansion LOL. Seriously, she helped me with such a much better setup for her & all the material were right there, my post includes our before & after! They help make sure I had all the information I needed to make better choices for her. OH quality insects & info for salad mix to help her grow stronger & healthier. I did buy her from a different pet store, she was already a bit larger dragon when we purchased her. She's grown quick which requires definitely much more room. Kira's even followed up with me to make sure everything is going well. She's given me so many point

I called order before closing and they had everything at the cashier. Great to know I can get things fast, fresh and not in bulk if I want only of something. Love the small store feel. The art is always nice to see.

I’ve been coming here for years, and the staff has always been amazing friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They take excellent care of their animals, and it really shows. If you’re considering an exotic pet, this place is an absolute must visit.

Very welcoming. Some staff are very educated and truly care about the animals. Some other staff are more focused on selling animals which is not wrong cus business and since they're providing proper care information. You just have to know the right person to ask specific questions. I had great experiences here, I even bought my snake from them which has been a great experience. Prices were reasonable, but sometimes they have great sales to look out for! Their insect feeders are great and stay alive for a long time and their frozen feeders look well maintained as well. I really enjoy this store.

Came to buy some cork bark unfortunately they were sold out but so be sure to call and ask they said they were going to get more the following couple days . The condition of the animals is excellent , I didn’t buy any pets but I could bet they aren’t going to be stressed in their enclosure. Ended up buying a flightless fruit flies and dubia roach colonies with some mealworms .
