Rainbow City Pet Clinic

We've been taking our babies to Dr. Waters for about 20yrs. We followed him from his practice in Hokes Bluff to RCPC. He's always been there for us, in good times and in bad. They are very thorough and offer many services for our babies. We recently saw Dr. Hamilton in an emergency situation and she was very sympathetic and kind during the whole ordeal. They take the care of your pet very seriously. Christina is Dr. Waters assistant and is so good with my babies. They get stressed and anxious very easily. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of not only your babies, but of you too. We recommend the Rainbow City Pet Clinic very highly.

Dr. Hamilton and her team are awesome! Let’s start with the team out front. The ladies are very knowledgeable and caring. They make sure to relay messages so we can expedite care. Dr. Hamilton is incredibly smart, approachable, and caring about getting the best option for care needs. We are very happy we found them. We are new to the area.

I have several cats & pup. Dr. Water's left his last clinic & joined here along with his wonderful staff. I treat my fur babies as my own children. This clinic certainly is a vital part of keeping them healthy. I wouldn't trust another vet to take care of them. Dr. Water's has provided surgery,end of life care,and ensured heart worm prevention. Too bad I can only give 5 stars. Thanks, RCPC, for remarkable service.

My dog broke her dewclaw, and they were wonderful with her, even though my dog was very uncooperative. They put her on antibiotics and had put the wrong instructions about the amount per day, and they called me and let me know. Dr. Hamilton was also wonderful to deal with. Normally use Southside Pet Clinic, but I think we are making the switch with both of our dogs to here. Much more affordable that Southside as well.

So happy with this place and the workers! They are extremely professional, so kind and informative. They truly care for your fur babies! they deal with my XL pitbull most clinics are scared of him and don’t want to do any procedures with him bc of his size they have taken such great care of him! I won’t go to anyone else from here on out!
