The employees are amazing and kind. Me and my girlfriend go in there every week and always feel as if weve known the workers there for years! I've bought 3 reptiles from this store and all of them are healthy. They treat there animals the best they can. Great place.

Great store for pet needs! The staff is very friendly and they have great knowledge between different members of the staff about pets if different kinds.

I came in to this pet store today and I have been a regular customer but there’s a male manager there that always feels the need to touch and want to hug on me and it’s made me feel so uncomfortable so I stopped going there but today I decided to give this store another try because I couldn’t find what I wanted at a pet store in Oxford. I bought a Bolivian Ram Cichlid and I love this fish. I also bought a couple of plants. Karissa usually helps me out or Tori and those two young ladies are a great help when I come them. They’re both very knowledgeable about the fish but Karissa helped me today and I will always ask for either of these two young ladies. Karissa made my shopping experience good. I recently purchased a juvenile ball python for my son’s Christmas present. The store manager (forgot his name) was fantastic! He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was hesitant to buy a snake from a pet store and not directly from a breeder but not after this experience. She is the sweetest little snake, and has done wonderfully for us. ❤️

This is a great pet supply store in a convenient location for Rainbow City and Southside animal lovers! Lots of space filled with a huge selection of cat and dog food , clothes and toys, gourmet treats, tortoise and reptile food and supplies, fish, everything you would find in other stores. BIG PLUSES!!! Dog wash! Bring your dog, any size and wash them in the store. No more putting them in your bathtub! Love it. Great customer service, Military Discount Every Tuesday ! Senior citizen discount every Tuesday ! Price match! Pet friendly etc.... This is my go to place for everything for my pts. This is my new pet store.
