My 9 year old shitzu, Brindle, is a hand full. She does not obey, and doesn’t like being worked on. She kept trying to bite Rachael while she was being groomed, but Rachael was very patient with her and was able to calm her down. She looked great after her grooming - a real fluff ball. Plus Rachael came to my home and I did not have to drive Brindle to and from (twice) to have her groomed. That is such a great convenience. I will definitely use Rachael again and highly recommend her.
