Queenie's is a true neighborhood gem! We greatly appreciate their attentive, personable staff and their extensive inventory which always meets the needs of our pets. We love being their down-the-street neighbors and are so grateful for all they do to care for our rabbit and turtle. Highly recommend!

Love supporting a small business plus everyone here is very nice and helpful. They carry a lot of alternative protein sources and treats if you have a dog with protein allergies (buffalo hide chews, ostrich bones, minnow treats, etc.) and if they don't have something in stock they will order for you

This is an amazing pet store! I have a dog and so far I've found everything I need from these folks. They offer free local delivery, which is fantastic. They have a giant selection. To top it all off, they are just lovely humans. Thank you for being in Philly!

Queenie's has become my go to place for pet supplies, food, products, and advice. They have a delivery service which is so reliable that I feel like I have a boutique service for free. They regularly check in to see when I need more pet food, they remind me of promotions, and they are flexible when I have unusual requests. They helped me adjust my food for my dog's allergies, find a food my cat would like, and found indestructible toys that would last. They even deliver pet friendly snow melt. I haven't used their pet sitting service, but I would trust them to love and care for my pet like their own.

We have been using Queenie's since they started 20 years ago. With other sitters I'd wonder; did they get in ok, what if they get sick. With Queenie's, I know they have a staff of several sitters. So, if someone can't make it there is someone to fill in. This is really a case of you get what you pay for. And this is top notch service. They have contingency plans already laid out for snow, ice and extreme heat. Great service (even though I seldom get to meet any of the sitters.) Adina has thought this through as a true business, with customer service a top priority.
