Dr. Sam and the entire staff project this through genuine care, attention and love every time we visit the clinic. Especially the way they treated our boy Max. It is so comforting to know that he was in the best care possible. I believe that because of their care, Max was with us for more years than would have been otherwise. We are incredibly fortunate that Dr. Nate Heilman has been our dog Poe’s veterinarian from the first few weeks of his life through to his very last day. Throughout Poe’s journey, Dr. Nate and his team provided not only exceptional medical care but also genuine compassion, treating Poe as if he were their own. Over the years, Poe faced a number of health issues. One of the most memorable was when a bone shard became lodged in his intestines. When it wouldn’t pass on its own, Dr. Nate skillfully retrieved it and saved Poe from what could have been a devastating outcome. This level of expertise and calm confidence gave us peace of mind time and time again. Nothing but positive experiences! Absolutely amazing staff and care for our animals. Dr. Sam is very kind and knowledgeable and always answers all of our questions. The front desk staff and vet techs are wonderful as well and always put our pets at ease.

I am writing this review to warn other pet owners, because no one should be treated the way I was by this veterinary office. I was already an established client and had successfully brought two of my dogs to this practice. I called simply to schedule an appointment for the next dog in line—nothing unusual, nothing unreasonable. Instead, I was met with the most astonishing level of rudeness, dismissal, and verbal disrespect I have ever experienced from a veterinary office. What makes this even more appalling is that their phone system includes a recorded message asking callers to treat front desk staff with kindness and respect. The irony is staggering, because the treatment I received from that same front desk was the exact opposite. If they feel the need to preemptively lecture clients
