A rabies shot (February 2026): Two vet technicians forcefully man handled our 1.5 year old cat out of his enclosure, causing massive verbal screams, which we had never heard before. Then, without any pause, they shoved the needle into our cat, again causing horrendous cries. The experience was so traumatizing that our cat moaned long after we left the clinic. It was a horrible experience for us and we will never return nor recommend this clinic.

The team was kind caring and for the most part quite organized. The one issue I found interesting was that we pre registered and yet we waited for 45 minutes before we decided to come inside to check where we were in line and it looked as though people who just showed up were being taken in before the pre registered people. It was 80 degrees outdoors that day. I know when you pre register it’s not an appointment but maybe a better system would be that at least gives people a number in line .
