Called ahead to ask if they had dog themed Christmas ornaments. The person on the phone was very helpful. When we arrived we warmly greeted. We were shown the various ornaments. Pleased to see they had ones representing many breeds. My nephew found a rope chew toy & treats. Extremely friendly and efficient staff. Peanut loved the toy! Happy New Year!

So appreciative and impressed with the knowledgeable and endlessly accommodating staff at my visit today with my 3x incontinent golden. Moose and I were more upset with the mess we made than you were, and your kindness and compassion for us both while setting him up with the right gear to get him through this rough patch at the end of his life was above and beyond the call of duty!
