Yesterday, I brought several hundred dollars worth of prescription cat food for a donation. My cat would not eat it. A group was having a discussion. All I got was "put it over there". No thank you, no response, no review of donation, no receipt for such. The whole interchange was rude and very disappointing.

Lovely staff and plenty of cats in need. We adopted our cat who has cerebellar hypoplasia from here. The staff made sure it was a good fit and we couldn't be happier with our wobbly cat. They are open all the time, I do wish they would return phone calls more consistently but I get it, they're busy.

Wonderful people to work with. Terrific value for adopting a pet. We found our dogs and a cat with them. Very happy furry family.

Very clean and well maintained. Great staff! The animals are kept in very good conditions, with love and affection. My Mr. Pickles was taken from there. God bless you guys and thank you for all you do!
