Would love to give the biggest shout out to Erika the amazing manager at choice pet in carmel .. I have been a customer since choice pet opened in the Carmel location and have seen many workers come and go Erika is amazing, organized, knows her stuff and extremely personable!! I have never seen tge store so organized since she has been there !! Keep up the great work and if I need anything she will order it as soon as she can … thank you from a very fussy Bengal cat owner !!🐾😺❤️💙

I'm so glad there is a great local shop like this that is worth supporting. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Alicia and Lauren are always willing to take the time and explain any of their products to me. I know I can always ask any question without feeling stupid. I've recently spent time talking to Lauren about setting up my first fish tank, and I can't wait until I can finally do it. Thank you for always being friendly, honest, and professional; I would never go anywhere else.

Absolutely love this place! I always have an employee greet me and my puppy when I get there. I never have to hunt someone down if I have a question. And everyone is very knowledgeable about the products - I learned a lot about dog food my first visit! They have wide range of items, and I love that they push high-grade food from the US. They have a great rewards program. And I definitely love to support a small business that cares about their customers.
