Purrocious Styles Feline Designs LLC

This was our second visit to Purrocious and not times have been great. Jasper is a LARGE kitten and they have taken care to get him acclimated to the grooming process.

We have been taking our elderly, long haired cat to Purrocious for about 8 months now. She has been beautifully cared for. My vet recommended them, and it's made such a difference in the quality of life and comfort of our old girl, who was starting to get more and more mats that she wouldn't allow us to groom for her. I've been told she's very well behaved for the staff. Interactions with the front desk have been so pleasant and reassuring. We feel so comfortable taking her to Purrocious, and thankful for the service they do.

Not only do my long hair cats look beautiful they smell good too! Purrocious always does a great job. I’m so happy that my veterinarian referred me to them. 😘🥰❤️

What do you think? I hate to say it, but I would not trust Purrocious with your cat. To be clear, the groomers themselves are skilled when it comes to the quality of the cuts. However, they are negligent where it matters most: the health and safety of the animals in their care. My cat has hyperesthesia, and grooming her without medication is difficult and dangerous, which Purrocious was fully aware of. Because of this, they explicitly required my cat to be groomed with medication under normal circumstances. On multiple occasions, my cat was medicated specifically for a morning groom, as instructed. When we arrived, she was not actually on the schedule. As a result, she was left there all day and groomed at the very end of the day, after her medication had completely worn off. Allowing

I have been bringing my long hair cat here for years. They are always so friendly, and they do an amazing job on my sweet kitty. She feels so soft and smell so good.
