I cannot express into words how great HRVPC was to our family with our cat Troni. They were honest about what treatment was best, led us in the right direction and kept us informed the whole way. Then after she passed they sent us the sweetest package and card. Just genuinely kind and wonderful people. I strongly recommend them.

Our experience with hrvpc was exceptional even though it was devastating because we had to euthanize our sweet Bubbles. Donna at the front desk was very kind the 3 or 4 times that we visited the office. Brandy gave us compassionate and straightforward advice and opinions on a very difficult question we had. Dr. Brindler was very caring and compassionate during our multiple visits to the center. Her compassion and patience during the procedure was exceptional. She was warm, calm, soft spoken, loving to Bubbles and us during his transition. As painful as this was for us, we clearly recognized and remember her spirit. Dr. Reid and her staff took care of my dog Piper with his splenectomy with a since of urgency and professionalism. Donna “The Face” of the company, and future superstar doc Zoe, interacted with our family and answered EVERY and ALL questions we had……..and we had a few. I truly believe they’re extremely passionate about their professions and treated our furry buddy with the utmost care. We were quoted an array of prices from multiple hospitals for this type of operation, but after my initial contact with Donna by phone and then meeting Zoe in person, I knew we were at the right place, and my four legged family member was in great hands.

We had a great experience with Hampton Roads Veterinary Procedure Clinic! Our cat needed to have teeth removed and they did an amazing job. He healed very well! They have a great pricing system. Obviously veterinary procedures can generally be pricy, but it was very reasonable. Donna at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. Really, everyone we interacted with was upbeat, kind, and knowledgeable. They kept him comfortable and wrapped up in the blanket we dropped him off with before and after his procedure. Hopefully we don't have to go back anytime soon, but if we do, we'll feel good about bringing our babies here.
