Terrible interaction through email. Did not answer my questions or explain the process within their rescue. When I emailed again with my question, there was then no response. A couple days later I made a comment on their page about trying to get an application and instead I was met with an attitude. Gas lighting and redirecting blame. Then I received an email the following day; not in response to my original email but in response to my comment on fb, stating “ I’m sorry you feel that way” When I responded back with my issue and concerns I was told “Please do not contact us again” Apparently explaining the adoption process within emails was too much of a task for them. A response about their application process when I asked twice, would have been ideal. Bad and unprofessional attitudes. Com

We adopted the sweetest puppy yesterday. The animals are well cared for, and they sent home all of her records (vet, microchip, etc). There is a thorough screening process to ensure that each animal is going to a safe, loving home. Pupz n Palz is a great organization.

Very cute, small little shelter with wonderful staff. Today was my first day volunteering here and I had a great time and can ensure that all animals are treated incredibly good. Each dog is given as long as a walk as necessary unlike other places where they are given a certain amount of time. This facility is very big into biosecurity with both the employees and the customers.

I really would give them a negative 15 ...l let the lady know that a friend left there dog with me and she has 4 puppies....and I couldn't keep the puppies it was to much to deal with right now and she said she would take the mom dog and when the puppies found forever home I could have her back.....I told her I'd pay whatever cause I need to get her spayed and vaccine up to date ....and they adopted out Lucy!!!! These people are liers.... Lucy was the best dog ever I never relinquish my rights to Lucy!!!! I would have paid what ever they wanted to get Lucy back she's the best dog ever.....Lucy has bounced around and she had a forever home with me....if u have Lucy please contact me I miss her so much....

We took two dogs we found to pups n palz on 7/29/24 and they assured us they’d be taken care of. Then the next day 7/30/25 I see a post on Facebook in a lost animal group that someone found them on the street! Do not bring your found pets here, they dump their animals.
