This place sucks charge 90 bucks for a 15 pound dog talking about she was knotted when I specifically said shave her down so there’s no need to try to take the knots out , then when I picked her up the lady said she was super hard to bathe when all other groomers don’t complain to top it off my dog hasn’t stopped shaking since then I’m sure they were rough with her , why did she have to mention she was hard to bathe? Makes no sense now my dog is all fidgety and paranoid

Took my 15lbs of less little poodle. First she over prized, told her she is matted shave her. Charged me 95$ Claimed my dog was difficult. Such a weird comment to say, my dog hasn’t stop shaking and being scared since. Don’t go here. Service is horrible. They don’t care about animals.

Failed to tell me they shaved and burned too much on my dogs genital area and my doggie was hurting for days. Now they are black due to the burned area healing. Still had to pay over $150 for both my dogs No communication, and no apology. I had gone there before and was ok with the service but this time it was not good. I did appreciate the male worker friendliness when dropping my dogs off. Other than that it was not good. Please treat our dogs with kindness and be gentle with them all. It took days for my doggie to heal.

I work in construction in vet clinics and want to promote a great groomer service with this company. Trax came back looking like a new dog. He is a pup again for the next day or two. We live on a smaller farm situation with horses etc. He came back like a new dog. Almost didn't recognize him they went above and beyond what I expected. Kudos to the crew.

I love Puppy Style Pet Spa! They do such a great job and my dog is always happy to go there to get pampered. It’s easy to get an appointment, just call ahead. I’ve never had to wait too long for an appointment, they are always accommodating and friendly. Worth every penny! (They put a tiny bow in her hair, but it didn’t even make it to the car. Lana was not having it)🤣
