Heaven on Earth Animal Clinic

I adopted my Ricky last October. The staff was great. It was a little over an hour drive for me. So I emailed them before I left just to make sure that he was still available. The communication was great, knowing that I wasn't going to drive all the way there and have him not be available. It was a fairly quick process, and they took him out his cage for a little meet and greet. The price for adoption is great as well, considering they're already fixed, and he had his first set of boosters. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely recommend this place.

I adopted from this shelter & the clinic was very Professional and polite. I showed up 5am to drop off the pooch. He needed to be fixed. I then Picked him up the same day around 3pm and the clinic gave me antibiotics for the dog to take home. Carried him all the way home. He came home and slept pretty much all night and the next day.

Although it took about three months to get an appointment, it was absolutely worth the wait. I took my fur baby to get spayed, and the entire experience ran like a well-oiled machine. They sent an initial email with forms to complete, which I submitted promptly. The day before the surgery, I received another email with specific instructions. I was initially skeptical, but I followed them—arrived early, called five minutes before 7:30 a.m., and, just as they said, someone promptly answered and assisted me. The same level of care and organization was shown during the pick-up process. So, make sure to carefully read the emails they send. My baby came home calm and without any accidents—unlike experiences at other vet locations like Banfield Pet Hospital—so I truly believe she was well care

I've contacted this place twice now to get my cat neutered. A cat that I actually adopted from a shelter. He couldn't be neutered at the time of adoption because he was sick. All this place emails me is we are scheduling for November. Yeah that's great. So why haven't you allowed me to schedule him? It's ridiculous. They wonder why so many cats are homeless and in their shelters. Maybe because you people don't allow them to be spayed or neutered. I have a voucher that I might as well toss. It's absolutely ridiculous. I suggest saving your money and getting your animals fixed at your vet.
