I’ve been a loyal customer of Puppy Haberdashery Hyde Park for nearly two years. In the beginning, I was truly happy with the service—my puppy’s first grooming experience was amazing. The original groomers, Brittney and Brittany, were professional, thorough, and clearly cared about the quality of their work. Unfortunately, over time, I noticed a decline in service. Each visit started to feel less consistent, and my puppy would sometimes come back with issues like cuts near her nipples or areas where bonding glue had to be used. Despite paying for a full groom, I’d still find matted patches when I combed her at home. It felt like the extra care and attention to detail had disappeared. I believe Demetrice, the current groomer, may be rushing through appointments or skipping important steps

From the minute we walked in we were greeted and Joy loved the groomers! They took great care of my baby Joy! I will definitely be back!

Absolutely love this shop! The employees are kind, helpful and are always in a great mood! I have a aussiedoodle with thick, curly hair. He always comes out looking brand new and smells AMAZING! We get tons of compliments whenever we leave Puppy Haberdashery! Highly recommend.

I am a new dog owner. My dog is sometimes a little difficult but The puppy haberdashery gets my girl so fresh and clean. She loves going there and I love the level of professionalism and service I receive. I have even purchased a membership to keep her clean and fresh between grooming. So happy to Have found Demetrius and the puppy haberdashery! Take your dog to get dashed!
