Pup Town Spaw: Self wash and pet grooming

I definitely liked this place. I liked it for its convenience and how friendly the staff was. Lupe, answered all my questions she was friendly and had a nice smile. Not to mention she was friendly with my dog. I used the self service station and they had everything I needed to take my dog a bath. It was nice experience being that I know my dog has anxiety going to the groomer. She felt comfortable with me being in the groomers seat.

Friendly staff, explained everything and showed us around the self wash station. Really cool setup was an easy wash, shampoo smelled great and leave in conditioner had my boy soft and smelling amazing! The ear cleaner and pads were included it was great. Next time I will bring the nail clippers to get him all complete. They gave him a treat after and complimentary spray of doggie cologne. Definitely will be back!

I had a great experience at this grooming spa. Daniele took excellent care of my dog, Mocha, and the grooming was top-notch. Jesika at the front desk was wonderful—professional, kind, and very organized. From start to finish, everything was smooth. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Been bringing my baby here for a little over a year and they always do a wonderful job. Great prices, and convenience of scheduling everything online! Staff is always friendly, will continue to return!

Dropped off my dog at 12pm, by 4:54 i called wondering how much longer since they were closing early. Whoever answered the phone rudely stated they hadn’t started on him and needed another hour or more before we could pick him up. Considering the holiday we opted to just pick him up since it had been hours already, she stated we weren’t allowed to since a bath was rendered and if we opted to pick him up we would need to pay, which is fine. When arrived at the salon it was VERY apparent my dog had not received a bath and was immediately hit with a $60 bill. when questioned if he was even bathed the employee got very rude and threatened to call the police if we didn’t pay.
