Pup City Grooming

The owner couple is so kind and warm, and it always makes me feel comfortable bringing my dog here. My dog is usually very afraid of going to unfamiliar places outside of home, so I was worried at first—but I feel at ease when I bring him here because I know they are truly wonderful people. They always do an amazing job with grooming and my dog’s haircut turns out so cute every time. I recently moved to Virginia, and I’m so grateful that I found such a great place. Highly recommend!

Just had a first full grooming and bath for our 9-month-old pup. Overall, it was a good experience, though there is room for improvement regarding grooming precision. At a $115+ price point, I was expecting a better service

We had an impeccable experience for beginning to end. I unfortunately missed an appointment with a different groomer earlier today because I was 10 minutes late. I called around and Pup City Grooming was able to see us an hour later! They took notes about our preferences and even gave us a discount for being our first time there. I was so happy when I picked up Camila. She looked absolutely perfect, and they left her lashes and brows intact like I had requested. Thank you for the amazing customer service and knowledgeable work!

We have been bringing our dog here for over two years now, and we are consistently impressed. The owner is always incredibly friendly and kind, and the grooming results are always so beautiful and clean. We are always completely satisfied! ​They are great at accommodating our schedule, but what we appreciate most is that they seem to work on our dog right away without leaving them in a kennel. Because of this, the grooming is always finished quickly, which is a huge bonus. ​Highly recommend!

We have been going to Pup City since we moved to the area and love it! They are super friendly and go above and beyond to ensure the pups are comfy and have a great experience. My older dog used to hate going to the groomer, but now he is excited when we get there and comes back so happy. I just took my 6 month puppy for his first grooming session and Sammy took such good care of him and he looks great! He’s a wild one that moves a lot and I think she did an awesome job. Highly recommend!!
