Prissy Pups II

I was very disappointed with the grooming services provided. Firstly, the haircut did not match the reference image I provided. Additionally, my pet was not bathed or had his teeth brushed. The $45 charge for these services is difficult to justify. My pet, who is blind in one eye and losing sight in the other due to a previous incident, requires special attention to the area around his eyes, as dirt and debris can accumulate there. Despite this, his face was not cleaned, and residue remained. I am unsure if there has been a change in management, but the quality of service has significantly declined from what it once was.

This was my very first time bringing my baby here and I must say I satisfied with all over results. Khloe cut is amazing and on top of that the price was cut almost three times I'm used to paying at PetSmart Candace and the young fella were very nice calm and proffeional they will be my forever grooming service

I tried Prissy Pups for the first time and they did a great job. My doggie looks adorable and will be much cooler with his summer cut. The price was fair, about the same I usually pay. The vet I use stopped offering grooming services so I was nervous to take him to a new place but he did great. Also they were able to get him groomed quickly so he could be dropped off in the morning and picked up at lunchtime. Here is a picture of him just after being picked up.

Ms. Candace always does and awesome job with my Milo. She does just what I ask. She is very professional and kind.
