I love Dr. Page. She takes time to talk to me about my cats diagnosis. She's very knowledgeable. I have a cat I am struggling with the question of euthanasia. She has provided me with emotionally support and has been advising me about his medical condition every step of way. I haven't had to make that decision yet but I feel confident Dr. Page is giving me the best advice. I would and have recommended her to friends.

I’m in Albany on a travel assignment and don’t have a primary vet here. After calling about five clinics, this was the only one willing to take my dog for an after hours emergency. From the moment I called, my dog was seen within 20 minutes, which was incredible. The staff were so kind and accommodating, I truly appreciate them. Vet care is always expensive, and while the bill was high, it was absolutely worth it. Thank you so much!

On one of the darker days in the life of a pet owner, it was time to say goodbye to my suffering 12 yr. old dog, Gomez. Dr. Masters handled the situation with great sensitivity - to both Gomez and to myself. His caring was a touching experience that will not be soon forgotten. With great confidence, I will continue to use his services for my other two dogs and my horse, ad infinitum.

Spelts & Masters Veterinary Clinic, there are no words to completely express how much we love yall! They have taken amazing care of my fur tribes . Dr. Masters has met me at the clinic on emergency basis at night, and actually saved my Mia’s life after a tragic attack. They have helped make things affordable, taking great care of my babies….even when it was time to say goodbye, something that no dog mom wants to do, but they were there to make the process somewhat easier, if that is even possible. Highly recommended and thank you for all you do! Beaux, Oakley, Chance, Jack, Luke, and Mia greatly appreciate you! As for Chica and Bob, they went over the rainbow bridge in the calmest most soothing way possible. God bless yall!

My first time experience wasn't idea. I appreciate that I was able to get quick assistance however, I stated that I needed my cat to get a flea bath both over the phone and in person. I had a sense that they normally don't assist poc because they were very passive and quick to get me out of there which unfortunately lead to me not getting a flea bath for my kitten. It was racial tension and I felt tolerated more than anything. It was also kind of expensive for everything compared to local clinics here and nearby towns. If I could've went to somewhere else in a timely manner, I would've.
