First time coming to Prissy Pooch. Excellent service. Our Pearl looks amazing. Communication was great. Overall we are happy and will definitely bring our Pearl back.

I called this place because it was close to my house and I like to support small businesses. I got a fairly quick appointment. I took my shiz tsu in. It had been 2 months since her last cut. I was told she had lots of tangles which she usually does when I take her in. The cost was double the price compared to the 3 places I've visited in the past with the same hair condition. I agreed to the price only because the date and time were very convenient for me, but I don't think I will be returning. The cut on her body was very short, still looked cute, tail was cute, ears were cute, but her facial hair was left uneven.
