Dr. Ford and his team are the best! They’ve helped my little guy keep his remaining teeth the last several years. Unfortunately the little dogs always have a lot of dental issues. I was told by another dentist that my kiddo would lose all his teeth by age 7, but he will turn 8 this June and since seeing Dr. Ford for we’ve managed to keep all his teeth in good standing. Thank you so much Dr. Ford and team, we’re so grateful! 🙏🏻

Very friendly staff, knowledgable and gentle LVTs, and Dr. Ford is very present, clear, and willing to answer any questions. Overall a great experience! Katherine at the front desk is so kind and thorough. Her clear communication and knowledge set me at ease when we arrived for our first appointment. Yesenia was was kind and open while maintaining a professional demeanor. She answered my many questions, and made note of questions that were more appropriate for Dr. Ford to elaborate on. We were SO impressed with Dr. Congiusta and the Prism team. Everyone was so compassionate and kind to both my wife and I, and our cat. We felt so well taken care of and advised throughout what was a very difficult time for us. We are all extremely grateful for Prism and especially for Dr. Congiusta. I will recommend Prism to anyone who is looking for attentive and caring service for their pet. My experience at Prism Veterinary Dentistry was excellent from start to finish. I was referred by Schwarzman Animal Medical Center, and the team at Prism was friendly, caring, informative, confident, and professional throughout the entire process. My dog, Pokey, required dental surgery due to severe dental issues, and Doctor Congiusta explained everything in clear, easy-to-understand language, including what needed to be done and the available options. Both the pre-operative and post-operative care were clearly explained and shown to me in a way that was easy to comprehend, which helped me feel prepared and confident in caring for Pokey. Everyone I met with had such a calm & kind demeanor, and made this experience as stress free as possible. The male vet that did Lola's extractions was an absolute rock star -- I really appreciated the phone updates directly from him throughout the day. It put me at ease.
