Prince Frederick Animal Hospital

I love them. I have taken my two cats to see Dr. McNutt. She is a Phenomenal veterinarian and so caring. She has done so much for my babies. I also have seen Dr. Madison who is wonderful also. The staff is professional and nice. The office is very clean and comfy. The prices are incredible. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Prince Frederick Animal Hospital has always treated us as well as our fur babies with great care! We really do appreciate them and all of their hard work and kindness.

My experiences with Prince Frederick Animal Hospital have all been positive, and have affirmed my feelings that every Vet and every Staffer there truly love and care for animals. Covid-19 has thrown their practice for a loop, but they have come up with processes which allow care without endangering animals or their owners. They have always been responsive and have taken dogs immediately when there was an emergency. When age and infirmity have made it necessary to give me and my dogs the peace we deserve, they show great and heartfelt empathy. I am totally confident that this Veterinary Practice will be the only one I need to ensure the health of my dogs.

Wouldn't take my animal here if its the LAST VET ON EARTH! Called to inquire about an emergency appointment for my cat with an ear infection causing bleeding. Before I could even ask my questions asked a million questions looking for an account that doesn't even exist! Then after a 10 minute hold and a million questions trying to find an "account" that clearly does not exist , I am put on hold AGAIN after expressing my frustration on the horrid customer service! Based upon other reviews I am obviously just singing in the choir of other paitents/potential patients. Clearly they do not care about the animals or people just the unimportant, bureaucratic BS. Again if I was coming in to bring my animal you would have time to ask the questions while I am THERE. So many other lovely vets and hosp

We had an excellent first visit at Prince Frederick Animal Hospital. Wonderful intake staff, vet technicians and annual exams with Dr. Matteson. So thankful they allowed us to bring in all 3 of our pets at the same time and all appointments were on time! Follow-up call on tests was quick and thorough and online shopping for prescription diets was excellent.
