We’ve been loyal customers of Pretty Paws for over 10 years, and in that time they’ve cared for four of our dogs — each one treated like a true family member. The staff is kind, gentle, and genuinely loves what they do. You can always tell by how calm and happy our pups are when we drop them off (and how excited they are when we pick them up!). After every visit, our dogs come home soft, shiny, and smelling amazing — they literally sparkle! You can tell how good they feel because they get the zoomies the moment we walk in the door. My family has been incredibly blessed to have found Pretty Paws . Our girl gets so excited when we pull up to the front and she knows where we are . The staff at Pretty Paws treats our girl like shes their’s . With love , compassion, care and protection . When we walk in every dog in there is excited , happy and co-existing . And it’s not just their personal dog’s its every dog in the building. It’s clean , welcoming , visible , and surprisingly not chaotic . Okay , let’s move on to the staff .
