Pampered Pooch

I'm giving this grooming facility a low score because I had a Shih Tzu that I brought in there and for being there for four or five hours long I expected a little different care and cutting. She looks the same as I brought her in maybe a half an inch of hair off of her body, but her face is still covered in hair, cannot be her eyes, and her eyes were dirty. Her eyes were clean. I've never had that kind of experience before so I won't be going to any more groomers. I am now learning how to do it myself I would not have charged somebody $70 for what was given to my dog and all she got was a ponytail, a shampoo and a little bit of hair off her body but even my husband said she does not look like she out a haircut at all and even another state right now so there's that

They did a really good job cutting my dog's hair. My dog smelled really good and the hair was actually cut. The lady that I talked to was really friendly and answered all my questions. Highly recommended place for dog grooming.

My first time there and I def will be back. Jade was very sweet and very professional. My Lucy is new to me from a shelter and is a little timid. She was quite relaxed coming out so I know they were gentle with her. And man was she all soft and smelling good 🥰

Since our young dog has some joint problems, the vet recommended Debbie at Pampered Pooch. He had never been groomed before, so we were nervous about leaving him. The second time we dropped him off, he ran toward Jade, Debbie and their dog Daisy as soon as he saw them! He's an Aussie-Spaniel mix, so lots of wavy fur and feathers, and they gave him a beautiful teddy bear cut for summer. We highly recommend Pampered Pooch!

This business went above and beyond for me and my pup! I dropped my dog off to get her first ever groom and believe there was a miscommunication of the haircut we wanted for our dog (doodle). I wasn’t sure if something had gone wrong during the grooming session so I went ahead and sent them a text two days later. They immediately wanted to fix it and were very nice about it, they came in on a Saturday (their business is closed on Saturdays) to fix my dogs haircut and I was very appreciative of it. They did a great job and my dog looks fantastic! They have forever earned my business and I will be taking our other dog to them for future grooms as well. Thank you Pampered Pooch!
