These are some of the sweetest people I have met. When my Pomeranian passed away in my arms at 15 years old, they told us what to do. Even though this was our first visit, they helped us take care of her and sent us a wonderful card signed by all of the staff with her paw prints. They made this difficult time so sweet.
They’re great with my kiddos. They’re so attentive to their needs and I’m grateful for them helping with my babies skin allergies and putting him on meds that are able to control the itch Update: so I had one emergency with my male Great Pyrenees mix and unfortunately they weren’t open at the time but their emergency line lead me to an emergency hospital to get my boy taken care of. And I was very happy to hear from acton the following day to ask how ace was doing or if they needed to get him in. Had another emergency the other day with my girl Pyrenees with her third eyelid being more visible than it should be and her shaking, they got us in right before close to check on her and to make sure she was okay. And again, checked on her the following day. Very happy and impressed with acton a
I've never had a bad experience with a vet office but I've never had such a wonderful experience until coming here. I adopted my dog almost 2 years ago and she was very timid and scared of everything new. The amount of care and patience we experience now has her excited to go to the vet. From the receptionist, the techs, and the veterinarian they all show how much they truly care that your pet has a good experience. They really treat the animal both physically and mentally so that my pet is getting the best care and nothing is missed at her checkups.
Everyone there is so kind...and extra caring with my dogs. They are a "No Fear" clinic.... I'll attest to it. My female would have to be held by 3 or 4 techs to clip her nails elsewhere, at Acton one tech sat on the floor talking to her, keeping her distracted and the other would use the clippers parallel to the floor and clip...might only get one or two at a time but my girl never got stressed and enjoyed all the attention. Dr Richard saved my puppy's leg from being amputed after a failed surgery by another vet. She just turned 5 yrs and runs faster than our other dog. Thank you Dr Richard Gesell.
