I have a 10 lb dog, who acts like a 150 lb Rotti. I don't know how they do it, but they do. My Bella is a Havachu mix & is terrified of the bath & the sound of clippers. Some how they're able to groom Bella without any problems. They're kind & gentle with the experience of "how to handle" her! Bella looks absolutely adorable when we leave there. Great prices for what they have to do.

Chicken Parmigiana (Kenny) has been coming here for going on two years. The first year, we had a regular groomer who consistently gave a great cut and was so good with our dog. She was always pleasant and communicative. Since then, Kenny has had a different groomer every time. It’s never a good feeling leaving your dog with someone you aren’t familiar without, especially without any notice. I really value a consistent groomer so I can trust the service and care of my dog. Unfortunately because of this, she’s had inconsistent hair cuts, this last one seeming like barely anything was taken off. She’ll need to be groomed again in 3 weeks. I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE SCORE IF I COULD! DID NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING. I’m heartbroken after bringing my long-haired cat here. I showed clear photos and explained I only wanted her coat lightly trimmed to clean up sparse hairs, not shaved. My cat was not matted (I brush her regularly), and I wanted a proper sanitary clean, but even that was done uneven - the back area was left untrimmed while the ventral front was cut too short. The groomer, who didn’t speak much English, used clippers with a “long guard,” ran it down my cat’s back, and said it would only take a little off. It looked fine at first, I still showed her pics of what I didn’t t want to clarify in case it would look like that and she assured me it won’t. We called to book an appointment on Sunday for our dog Hudson and they were completely booked. Anaya was nice enough to call us after they had a cancelation and got us in for a full bathing and grooming. They were prompt, reasonably priced and they did a great job! It was our first time using them and we already plan to go back! Great local business!

The best groomer for Samoyeds by far! Our large hospital veterinarian practice started a grooming service. They told us that our Samoyeds had such tangled hair underneath that he would require at least a $2,000 anesthesia to then shave his coach because it was so tangled. Thankfully, we found Premier where the owner Kelly explained that crisscrossed weblike undercoat is the “primitive coat” which is what provides the Samoyed breed with superior insulation. Of that would have been shaven as or veterinary hospital groomer and a veterinarian had insisted, it would have ruined our Samoyed’s coat! Kelly even called over to that veterinary hospital practice and offered to educate them for free to spare any other Samoyed that large veterinary practice’s misguided and ruinous treatment to so outla
