We dropped our dog off at the Dog Groomers and she was, screaming at the dogs, because they were barking in the cages. There was a large white dog in there that had a leash around its neck, and she was pulling that leash to get that dog to move in a harsh way. My husband went back and picked up our dog, and told her you will not be grooming our dog anymore. My dog was shaking when she came out of that place, And she wasn’t groomed yet. So I can just imagine what she’s been doing for her last four grooms that we didn’t see. If my husband didn’t see this with his own eyes, we would still be going there.

I really enjoy taking my pup here. I’m unable to do her nails myself, as my pup is pretty squeamish and difficult with me with nail trims. the service is quick and kind and she does a great job. Ive been coming once a month this year and I really recommend this business 💕

It had been several years since the last visit...we decided to get a puppy. The salon was as I remembered it...well run, clean, "on-time", and good value. The owner-operator was very nice and I'm glad to say our puppy now has a new friend!

I have come back to Precious Pets. She does an excellant job on both my dogs. I think the owner was just having a bad day at one point. Since then she has been nice and my dogs live her.

Up until today I would have given her 5 stars but her attitude when I expressed concern about my elderly cat needing an early appointment and she spoke to my husband in a nasty way. I did not say she caused it, just said I wanted a first appointment. Lost my business.
