Poochie Bella's Pet Grooming

I’ve been struggling to find a good groomer in town, so this was my first time using Poochie Bella’s. They made a fantastic first impression!! ♥️ I requested a specific style different from the traditional westie cut, and they did it exactly right! Also there is a noticeable attention to detail on his paws and nails that I haven’t really seen at other places. I can tell the groomer here is experienced. Overall, communication and service was fantastic, and I’ll be coming back for sure! 🤩

If I could give less than a one star, I would I brought my dog here for the first time once I got there the young lady that great at me was very nice and kind I explained what I wanted he’s a Shih Tzu. I just wanted his face to stay nice and Round I was told that would be no problem the next for anything extra but it was time to pick him up. I was told he would be ready for two of course he was ready until 230. How was patient but when he came out, I didn’t even know that was my dog. I had to take a good Oh my gosh, his face was cut very very low. His ears were butchered or they only asked for just to take a little bit off the bottom and now he looks like a little rat or something. I spoke with the groomer. I want to thank them for doing a great job. My dog looked clean & smelled clean. Completely dry & happy. The lady that did the service was very sweet & communicated effectively. Monday (12/16) I called to get a last minute appointment for yesterday (12/19). So happy they had an opening to fit us in! The ease of getting him in & out was immaculate. My concern though with everything being digital these days… I requested for my 74 pound boxer mix a bath with anal glad expression. The total didn’t match what I asked for. & my receipt didn’t reflect a breakdown of the purchase. My fault for assuming & not asking before paying. But I’m the type to keep receipts of everything important. So I’m a little disappointed that. My assumption came from thinking the receipt would have the breakdown of ch

Fantastic service with a nice friendly staff. Great prices! Skip the big cooperations and come here. I have a 100 pound Newfoundland dog and was able to get the deluxe service for only 85 dollars.

Heather, the owner of the company, continues to employ employees that have very nasty attitudes The so called “Manager” is extremely arrogant, self centered and unprofessional to say the least. I reached out to the owner, in anticipation to seek a resolution, and crickets for days! Remember, when you have issues with employees, staff or managers, just continue to look up the ladder and you’ll find the problem. The problem is the owner continues to employ rude and obnoxious employees and refuses to at least have a conversation. I could go on and on.
