I cannot say enough amazing things about this Bria. My dog can be very anxious and reactive during grooming, and I was honestly nervous bringing him in. From the moment we arrived, she was calm, patient, and completely professional. She took the time to understand his triggers and handled him with such confidence and care. Instead of rushing or getting frustrated, she worked with him at his pace and made sure he felt as comfortable as possible. The transformation was incredible — not just how great he looked, but how excited he was when I picked him up.

Bria came highly recommended for my doodle and his curly hair needs. Bria did not disappoint. She gives great suggestions and keeps his hair very manageable. Weve gone twice and will continue to go. Romeo still smells good!!

My experience with Poised Pooch grooming has been a great one. Bria is amazing so soft spoken, my puppy went straight to her. He's usually very timid and barking because he's still a baby. Bria gave periodic updates; she was very timely and overall, my puppy looked and smell so good. He appeared to be very comfortable with her. We will be returning soon.
