Furrytails Pet Spa

I took my puppy mr Thor to Furrytails Pet Spa to get groomed today. I cannot say enouph how pleased I am with the job they did! He got the best haircut he has ever had and looks fantastic!! I totally would recommend them for Pet Grooming and will definitely be a repeat customer!! I admittedly paid a little more than I normally would but it was well worth it!! Great place! Normally a good place but watch your step going in as there are trip hazards in getting to the front entrance, but then the steps are so sunken, it's an accident waiting to happen. Hold your nose going in as the odor is rank...Instructions on the style or cut? Forget about it! They seem to know how to write down the instructions, getting it right is another matter. On two consecutive visits there were specific instructions given and ignored. Well they know we would be back in 3-weeks like clock work, nope...stinky atmosphere, stinky attitude...unprofessional behavior. Bark like a junk yard dog at someone else! I will be spending the $1,200.00 per year where it is appreciated and basic instructions are meaninful and have value.

This was my first time trying this place and HIGHLY DO MOT RECOMMEND!!! My dog was scheduled to have a bath, brush and blow dry. NO CUTS AT ALL! I dropped him off at 0845 and received no updates until 4pm when it was time to pick him up. I called around noon to get an update and it took three calls for anyone to pick up the phone and still no one said anything about a cut! Arrived to pick him up and my dog is completely SHAVED!!! the girl stated he had a few mats. I brushed my doodle the night before for this reason and cut him 2 weeks ago his hair was not even long enough to become matted which was the reason I DID NOT want a cut. Our Yorkie always comes home impeccably groomed after his visit at Furrytails. He has been a regular client for several years and we are always pleased with the friendly service and care we receive. Furrytails is the best!
