I absolutely love this place. My little boxy needed to go to the doggie salon, and she was treated like a princess. I was informed of their services and what might need to be done ahead of time and they were very courteous. I felt lots of love there for me and my pooch. I highly recommend it, and I will be takingRoxy foxy back again very soon. My furry baby looks absolutely adorable

We had an amazing experience with this dog grooming company! They did a fantastic job with our dog, Leo, who is usually aggressive and nervous during grooming. The patience, care, and genuine love they showed him made all the difference. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. It’s clear they truly care about the animals and the quality of service they provide. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a groomer they can truly trust!

Yesterday was my first time there, and they came highly recommended! It’s safe to say that Sassi and myself have found a new and lifelong groomer!!! The staff was super friendly and greeted me and Sassi immediately upon stepping into the shop. Sassi is not new to the grooming process and surprisingly did not present with any hesitation and willingly walked into the grooming area with the staff; which was not my experience with our previous groomer. When it was time for pick her up, I was again tended to immediately, even though her groomer was busy with another pet. It was explained what was done and how well she behaved. My Sassi came out happy as ever and smelling amaze-balls! Additionally, they offer a smooth contactless payment method if you prefer, making checkout quick and seamless!

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Pooch la vie. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. From the moment you walked through the door they asked you many questions about your dog and what you need so that you are in the same page. We didn’t ask for a specific groomer, all the groomers did an excellent service for our dog every time he went. They always txt and called ahead of time when your pet is ready and they tried to accommodate your request as much as they can. Our pets are part of our family and I definitely recommend this place.

Horrible! 12 loose dogs greeted us. They can't clean ears right, both dogs had issues after. Cut a quick & put perfume on one - I didn't ask for either. Paid extra for de-shedding and they missed a bunch. Got charged 2x for express service. Nice people 1 star for that but I'll never go back.
