I didn’t get the service I wanted, but I did want to leave a review based on the interaction I had with the owner Tanya, just so others can know what kind of attitude this business has. Short version: She last minute canceled my Friday appointment. Then assured me she would come the next day, and then texted me the next day saying she didn’t want to do that appointment we had scheduled either. So, I adjusted my schedule twice for her, just to have her not come either time. Long version: Note I work evenings and I usually sleep around 4am and wake at around 1pm. I told her this a few times. After speaking on Monday, she texts me later on Thursday night saying I have a 10am appointment on Friday, (even though I already told her I want a 2pm spot or later if possible), but I guess she forgot

Tanya is always amazing. She’s the only one who can get my older pups nails because she has such bad anxiety but Tanya has the touch with her!! Cuts are fresh the doggies love to walk in proud after their groom and show off

Made an appointment with Tanya. She called me while I was at my nail appointment 4or 5 separate times for different things. I didn’t mind that because the main thing was that the power to them plus that her stuff was plugged to went off. I called my son and he took care of it. She called me ten minutes after she was to start waking him and said she’s done bathing him but the power went out. So I was thinking (I was at my nail appt btw) wow she’s done bathing him that fast? I have an English mastiff!! She didn’t do all that she was paid to do and I paid $125 + $15 tip. She had to have my son to help hold my baby so she could cut his nails. She ended up leaving and not even finishing all the things that she was supposed to INCLUDING his front paw nails and that was one of the main problems.

First time using this groomers and I have to say I was very very pleased. She was quick. I have 3 dogs, they needed the works. Less than an hour and a half. They came back to me happy and stress-free. I am so relieved. I highly recommend
