Dr Reeb and Anna-Lisa make us feel welcome and cared for every visit! Always thorough in exams and in answering questions, I know my pups are in great hands. Everyone else we’ve come in contact with at PAH is extremely friendly, professional and make every visit a great experience! Highly recommend!

My dog received a dental cleaning. The staff was amazing from gathering her past medical history listening to my other health concerns (thyroid management and struvite crystals in her bladder) and performing the dental which included extractions. She is now up to date on vaccines and bloodwork. Her foul breath is gone and she feels amazing thanks to Pontchartrain Animal Hospital!

Girls up front are very nice. I love seeing Carol although we don’t talk much. She is very nice long standing employee through all of their changes. I have going to Pontchartrain Animal Hospital since Dr. Edward’s 😊 My pet Bonnie is there right now in the Hospital. I will see how this goes.❤️

These folks love your fur babies almost as much as you do! Not only are they where we go for veterinary care, but also for boarding. You can literally walk in there at any time and someone is playing, holding, giving attention to someone’s most precious friends. Wonderful staff, excellent accommodations. Cannot rave enough.

This place is amazing! I brought my cat in 30 minutes before they closed and asked if they could help me in any way with a check up and receiving a health certificate so I could fly back home with my cat the next morning. I adopted the cat the same day and everything was very last minute but everyone was very patient and willing to take him. Staff stayed over 20-30 minutes after closing and finished everything and had me all set to bring my baby home the next morning! Very thankful for everyone that helped out that day 🤍
