I've been bringing my pets to Banfield for more than 15 years. I have never been disappointed. The Veterinarians and medical staff are outstanding. I started out at Banfield in the Petsmart at Fremaux Town Centre and then approximately 2 years ago they opened the new Banfield on Gause Blvd. The service and facilities are still outstanding. Dr. Fox and Dr. Sam are amazing. Their personalities are so warm and comforting. They treat me and my pets like family. I had a Cockpoo, Princess Anne, who they serviced about 12/13 years until she was so sick that she had to be euthanized. They were so patient and kind. I think they knew way before I would admit it that her time had come but they kept working on her and trying to make her better until I could come to terms with letting her go. They did
