Very friendly and helpful staff and doctors. My daughter was dog sitting and we noticed his eye was hurt so I took him there to have him checked out. They were booked but still fit me in to see him. Everything was fine just had to give him some antibiotics and love. I was so grateful for the staff for fitting me in on a tight schedule. They definitely deserve good praise for the work they do and how they are.

Dr. Firmin and staff has been taking care of my pets for a long time. Dogs, cats and a squirrel! He is so great with all the animals. He and staff are sensitive to their needs and yours.

Abby has been a client at Slidell Vet. since she was able to come home. She was extremely sick and I called for an appointment and they got me in right away. She had to stay with them all day, but they took such great care of her and didn’t mind that I called often to check on her. I was also able to pick her up and bring her home from the night. I took her back the next day, but they didn’t have to keep her that day as her x-rays were clear. They were not only concerned for her but also for me. The entire staff is kind, dedicated, caring and supportive. I would not go anywhere else.

I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary clinic! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and compassionate—not only toward our dog, but also toward me and my kids. They took the time to make us all feel comfortable and cared for during what could have been a stressful visit. The veterinarian explained everything in detail, step by step, so we fully understood what was going on and how best to help our dog. Their patience and clarity really gave us peace of mind. Our pup received excellent care, and we left feeling confident and supported. I am so grateful for the way they treated both our dog and our family. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for knowledgeable, caring, and truly compassionate veterinary care!
