My stepdad and I brought his blind and deaf pug Finnlee to this store, we were able to set up a private shopping session for him since he gets scared around other dogs. Danielle opened the store early for us so Finn could have the store to himself, we all had an amazing experience! She was incredibly respectful of his space and his disabilities, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

You and your fur-babies will love the Polkadog Shop. Whenever you visit, you can shop with confidence knowing they only carry quality food, treats, and enrichment toys. Polkadog provides their customers with a unique experience. Any time you walk into one of their stores, you feel like you're in a candy store... only healthier. I've always found it to be a welcoming environment, with thoughtful displays. It's worth visiting 🐾 🌱 🐟 🥚 🐶 ❤️

I can’t say enough good things about this store. The treats are top tier (my VERY picky dog approved). And the staff is unbelievably kind and caring. I went in to buy treats to honor that picky dog who recently passed by buying what I would have bought him for his birthday and having the treats gifted to other dogs that came in. The employee, I learned her name is Sadie, was apologetic and kind while I explained the situation. The manager, Anna, has since emailed me to let me know that the treats are being given out and my boy is being well honored. She even sent me photos of the first dog who got a snack in my boys honor and said she will continue to. Do yourself a favor and go here for anything you need for your dogs. Seriously. They’re incredible.

I moved to the South Shore less than 2 years ago, and Polka has been the highlight of my move. My dog Gumbo practically grew up going in there and never wants to leave the store. We love Noelle so much! She is the most attentive, thoughtful and caring individual we have ever met at Polka (all locations). If they ever run out of an item my dog is obsessed with, Noelle will take it up on herself to find me the item and then message me via social media when the item is in store. No one else provides that kind of customer service. When my dog had a pretty serious surgery in the fall, she even sent him a little care package. It gives me a lot of joy being able to support a local business with such an amazing team. Well done Polka!

I normally don’t write reviews but these are the sweetest people ever, they chatted with me about my dog and helped me pick the perfect treats for him and even gave me little treats as a freebie for my dogs birthday because they noticed I was buying a birthday bone :)) best treat store especially since they know everything that’s in every treat. I’ve had my dog for a year now and I wouldn’t get his treats from anywhere else. Thank you! :))
