Playtime Pet Resort

I am so grateful for Playtime Pet Resort. My puppy was terrified of everything and impossible to train. I took him in for training, and daycare. The transformation was amazing. He loves playing with his friends, and the staff is phenomenal. I boarded as well, and felt that he was safe and comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone!

Mello has been coming here for over a year, and he absolutely loves it. As soon as we pull into the parking lot, he pops his head up and starts scratching at the window—he can’t wait to go inside! The staff is wonderful and incredibly friendly. They always greet Mello by name and keep me updated whenever there’s anything I need to know. In the mornings, the moment I say the word daycare, Mello runs straight to the door. It makes me so happy to see my little guy so excited to play with his friends!

My standard poodle Walter LOVES his time at daycare here. Always eager to run right in, and I know he’s being taken great care of while he’s there. Friendly staff, they always know the dogs by name and welcome them right in. Everyone’s been great!

My dog had an absolute blast at Playtime Resort. The staff took great care of him, and it was clear he felt comfortable and happy the entire time. I recently brought my dog to Playtime Pet Resort in Downingtown and I couldn’t be happier. I was pleased with my entire experience from the front desk, the person who greeted me in the morning and Brandi who brought my dog to me at the end of the day. Everyone was professional, pleasant, and you could tell they loved their jobs and the animals. My Dog Jake was there for his initial evaluation. In the afternoon I received an email with pictures of him having fun during the day and a report card letting me know he adjusted well, had fun, and made some doggie friends. Upon pick up Brandi brought Jake out and told me she spent a lot of the day with Jake and how well he did for his first day.
