Banfield Pet Hospital

Front desk person is very friendly and helpful. Dr Chen is a great vet and keeps us up to date on our dogs care. The techs are informative and answer our questions about heart flea and tick meds. We have been going to Banfield for 21 years with 3 different dogs.

We have been using this vet office in Downingtown since 2016 for both of our rescues. We have had to travel to other Banfield locations when it was urgent. They always are kind respectful and loving towards our furkids. Highly recommend them.

The staff at this location take the extra time to listen to my concerns and to love on my pets. I feel so comfortable leaving them for the day under their care!! Exton banfield has an incredible and knowledgeable team! Thank you all so much for your genuine concern and care for my babies and not focused on upselling me on products if they aren’t necessary. Best vet around!!!

Highly recommend - my puppy, Ruby, (now almost 2) started with Banfield as we were new to the area. She has gone ever since - I chose the "Puppy" payment plan (now "Adult') - with no regrets - all routine services are covered (including her spay). The staff and veterinarians are top notch!

My pets feel like celebrities when they come in for their appointments. We love the benefit of preventative care plans and appreciate the doctors and staff taking the time to educate us on the ever changing world of medicine for animals.
