I cannot say enough good things about this practice. The front desk staff are phenomenal (thank you Brittany and Ariana!), the care is excellent, the place is spotless, and the kindness is overflowing from each and every part of their team. They helped my family navigate end of life care for my childhood dog, Rosie. They also take excellent care of our other pets- have for a few years now. I have not seen anything but intense empathy and compassion from the staff. Dr. Steph and Dr. Sefchek (probably butchering that spelling) were instrumental in the care of our beloved Rosie. My first experience was an emergency situation with my cat and their phone system to route my emergency call was great. They got me in immediately and treated me with sensitivity and kindness. They were compassionate and patient. I will definitely be bringing my cat there going forward. Wonderful experience and fair price. Place was clean and they offered my boy treats. Very positive experience with a very stressful situation.

We just recently took our cat into get an annual visit and to have his ears checked. This was one of the nicest vets I have ever been too. Everyone that worked there was very sweet and provided excellent care to our cat and ourselves. They answered all of our questions and provided myself and my partner with a lot of great information. Dr. Principati was amazing and she help a lot when it came time to ask questions about our cats heart murmur. All of the techs were great too and made my cat as comfortable as possible for the ear cleaning and shots that were needed. We’ve had an outstanding experience with the Animal Hospital at Thorndale. Dr. Java and the entire staff consistently go above and beyond to care for our pets. After our dog’s recent surgery, the team even stayed overnight to run regular blood work and closely monitor recovery—something we’ve never experienced at any other veterinary hospital. Their dedication, compassion, and attention to detail give us complete peace of mind. We’re so grateful for the exceptional care they provide and couldn’t recommend them more highly.
