Play Dog Play

I think they gave me back the wrong dog! ;) this kennel is SO AMAZING! it's set up like a house where the dogs can just play all the time. They're not confined in a room. When my dog went in, he would have the zoomies frequently, would pick up my socks, jump up on people still. He had just turned 1, energetic yellow lab. I don't know what they did in that kennel with him, but they spent time with him because when he came home, all of his bad habits were broken! I asked the kennel if they offered training. They said, no, because I was looking for training also. But they must have did something because my dog was completely different when he came home. Totally well behaved and trained. Im shocked. This place is great! My dog loves to come and socialize with her friends. The owners are great people and the staff is friendly and very dog savvy. Always feel like my dog is in the best hands.

Jake is now over a year old and as a puppy he’s struggled a lot with reactivity. His main issue is meeting new people, especially if I’m around. We’ve taken him to dog parks which was fine up until recently, as he’s gotten older he’s become more guarded with me and had even shown some odd aggression with dogs at the dog park . My last resort was somehow taking me out of the equation which resulted me to doggy day care. Me and Jake were extremely nervous as he doesn’t do well in new environments. He’d cry the whole way there and even beg for me not to leave him. Now, he doesn’t even look back to say bye to me anymore. Play Dog Play is absolutely the best! They love my dogs, and ask how my day was when I come for pick up. If I have questions or info I feel they need about my dogs, they give me their undivided attention and inform their whole staff. They were more helpful than I could have hoped for when I had a true family emergency. I will never go anywhere else.
