Highly recommend for quality care and expertise! I can’t say enough good things about Play Dog Excellent in Red Bank. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and professional. It’s clear the staff truly knows what they are doing—they are incredibly knowledgeable about dog behavior and safety, which gave me total peace of mind. Whether it’s the structured environment or the clear communication, everything is handled with care. If you’re looking for a place that treats your dog like a priority and provides an all-around top-tier experience, this is it!

We bring our dog here for classes and we love it! Obviously we get a lot from the classes on both ends of the leash, but the trainers are also very willing to meet your dog where they’re at. No adverse training and no harmful recommendations - all behavior work has been done through positive reinforcement. Anna is our favorite trainer and has helped us do a lot more with our dog than the immediate class descriptions! We’ve taken basic obedience, tricks and techniques and do more with your dog. The obedience class and do more with your dog were awesome for commands and fun tricks!

We have gone to two training sessions and also use the boarding facilities. The training is so much fun and that’s mostly due to Anna having the best attitude. We just finished Do More w Your Dog and it was a fun look at dog sports. Training really creates a connection and I would highly recommend going past basic obedience. Bowie seems to have the best time at boarding too and always comes back tired from playing. So glad we found PDX and thanks Anna for a wonderful class.

We are very impressed with Play Dog Excellent. We recently boarded our dog for the first time here. Unfortunately we had a sudden family emergency and the staff was so kind and understanding of the whole situation and allowed our dog to stay 2 additional days. They kept great care of our dog. Our interactions with the staff have been very professional, we will definitely be using their services again.
